Neave.com has a lot of fun visual displays, but the most useful tool they have is the interactive planetarium. It is very easy to use. In this short video I talk about how to use it.
This is useful…
a. If you want to make sure what you’re looking at in the sky is the right thing, or
b. If you’ve had a series of very cloudy weeks and you don’t want to fall behind too far in your observation assignments (while using a planetarium is only a distance second best to looking at the actual sky, its better than nothing at all).
